It's Friday-eve ... holla!

This lady at work - who I'm pretty sure dislikes me - enjoys wishing everyone a happy "friday eve" when she comes in on Thursday mornings. Yeah, I'm pretty sure I don't like her either. ;)

So I'm really excited, because I'm going to charlotte after work today to meet Josh Copeland and Christine Rowland for dinner! yay! Yay for leaving gastonia for the night, haha. I think we're going to meet near Southpark, which is great, because there are tons of great restaurants around there. The top contenders in my mind are Dean & Deluca or ..... Cheesecake Factory. mmmmmmmm...
I've been saving my calories all day, just in case we end up at Cheesecake Factory, haha.

So today I took some Subway over to my grandparents' house today, and we had a nice little lunch together, while watching the local 12 o'clock news. I even started my lunch break a little earlier than usual so that I could miss the "lunch rush" at the Subway and fit in maximum grandma/grandpa time. It was a nice lunch (not to mention minimal caloric intake).

But the whole time we were eating, their dog was running amok - truly, bat-shit crazy, all over the place. First of all, it's a poodle. I effing hate poodles; they're all ugly as hell and hateful, hateful creatures. And this one is still pretty young, so it's got all this pent-up energy. I can't imagine being that animated, and living with geriatrics. No wonder she freaks out any time someone new walks in. She's dying just for something (ANYTHING!) to happen. Anyway, this bitch scratches my grandma all over the place, and today I walk in and my grandma looks like effing Scarface or something. She's got two red lines from her cheekbone almost to her jawline, it's crazy. She looks like she's been mawled by a damn bobcat.

Anyway, that's the highpoint of my afternoon. I know, it's an incredibly stimulating life. Haha, stimulating ....
